Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to meet health and safety standards.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
